Fuencaliente
Los Jablitos Viewpoint
The Mirador de Los Jablitos viewpoint is in Los Quemados, on the south-western slope of the San Antonio volcano, overlooking the vineyards of Llanos Negros. From here you can understand the wine landscape of Fuencaliente: the low-trained vines on the black volcanic gravel, the stone walls that protect them from the trade wind and, in the background, the cone of Teneguía and the sea.
Information
It is one of the stops on the Viewpoints Route and a good complement to the Winery Route, because it lets you see from above the plots that produce the municipality’s Malvasías without entering the estates, which are private. It is reached by car along the Los Quemados road.
