Up-to-date, quality information

The Municipality of Fuencaliente de La Palma, through its internet portal, provides information and services of general interest about the municipality and, in particular, about its municipal organisation. The information provided is that in force at the time of its publication.

In accordance with Article 39 of Law 40/2015 of 1 October, an internet portal is understood to be the electronic access point owned by a Public Administration, public body or public-law entity that provides access via the internet to information and, where applicable, to the associated electronic office.

The Municipality endeavours to keep the information accurate and precise and updates it as quickly as possible. It also tries to avoid errors and corrects them as soon as they are detected. Nevertheless, the Municipality cannot guarantee the absence of errors or that the information is permanently up to date.

The Municipality may, at any time and without prior notice, modify, correct or remove the published information, and may change its configuration or presentation.

Access to the web portal, as well as the use of its information, is the sole responsibility of the user. The Municipality is not responsible for any damage that may arise from such use; nor can it guarantee that access will be uninterrupted, or that the content or software that may be accessed is free of errors or cannot cause damage.

The published content may include links to third-party websites, mainly those of other public administrations, considered to be of interest to users. The Municipality assumes no responsibility arising from the connections or the content of those links.

The information provided in response to any enquiry or request for information is merely indicative and shall in no case be binding for the resolution of an administrative procedure.

In compliance with Article 7 of Royal Decree 203/2021 of 30 March, the content, formats and functionalities of the portal are subject to the regulations on re-use, accessibility and transparency. The portal has systems that allow security measures to be established in accordance with Royal Decree 3/2010 of 8 January, which regulates the National Security Framework in the field of Electronic Administration.

The structure of the web portal, its designs, logos, information and code are owned by the Municipality, unless a different ownership is expressly indicated, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.
