In Casa El Níspero every detail reflects the care that its owners, Ramón and Vina, put into its restoration, completed in June 2005. Where the house's water tank once stood there is now an original round kitchen with a wooden ceiling. Next comes a spacious living room that invites you to rest, a comfortable double bedroom and a bright bathroom with dressing area. The house also has a solarium, an outdoor porch with a table and a small barbecue next to the loquat tree that gives the house its name. The house is positioned so that from any of its rooms you can take in a beautiful view over the Atlantic, the island of El Hierro and unforgettable sunsets. Nearby, less than 15 minutes away, are important wineries, the Route of the Volcanoes, the craters of San Antonio (1677) and Teneguía (1971), the Roque Teneguía, the salt pans and the coast of Fuencaliente with small beaches and coves of crystal-clear water. Fuencaliente as a whole is an ideal spot for all kinds of sports: road and mountain cycling, hiking, scuba diving and more. There is a take-off area for paragliders, and a flying school.

Casa La Caldera is a small holiday house with a pool in Las Indias, in the south of La Palma. The house is surrounded by a plot of around 300 m² and sits on a slope 440 metres above the sea. This little house has 55 m² of living space on a fenced plot of around 300 m². A small pool invites you to take a dip after your excursions. Casa La Caldera is elongated and all its rooms connect to one another. First comes the cosy living room with its lovely wooden ceiling, furnished with a sofa and two comfortable armchairs. There is also a bathroom equipped with a washing machine, satellite TV with German channels and WiFi. A fireplace warms the room quickly in winter. Los Llanos Negros is a pretty natural-stone house on a plot of around 1,000 m². It stands on its own in the south of the island, just 297 metres above the sea, in the Los Quemados neighbourhood of Fuencaliente.
